Can the sofa really be left outside throughout the year?

It sure does! The sofa can stay outside for 365 days a year (you just have to place it inside for one day on February 29th :-). The Bubalou sofa's are made from 100% waterproof and antibacterial materials. This ensures the fabric doesn't get moldy. It can get green stains, but this is easy to remove.

Payment & delivery

Are there delivery costs?

The lounge set is delivered within Benelux and Germany. Free within the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands), within 5 working days, if in stock of course.

Warranty & conditions

What kind of warranty is on the Bubalou?

Normal conditions apply to all Bubalou products and their parts, as described in the CBW-warranty, for 2 years. Our general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of Bubalou, as filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Alkmaar.

What if I have any problems with my Bubalou?

Bubalou uses extremely sustainable materials in its products, which means we can truly live up to our name - 365 outdoor sofas. Nevertheless,  should a complaint arise, please contact us as soon as possible.
